This commitment was officially recognized by Thompson Turner's receipt of the Carolinas AGC Chapter's "Presidential Award for the Building Division for Outstanding Safety Performance" in recognition of working between 40,000 - 90,000 hours safely with zero injuries in 2004 and 2005.
