Thompson Training Manager Presents at National
Waterjet Training Conference
Gary Toothe, training manager for Thompson
Industrial Services, recently wrote and submitted an
abstract to the Waterjet Training Association. He was then
invited to submit the paper for publication by the WJTA
and to present at the national conference. He presented
to a standing room only crowd!
Gary earned a BS in Marine Botany from the Univ.
of Georgia and worked with the US Dept. of Agriculture
before beginning his career in the industrial services
field 19 years ago. He began as an entry-level laborer
and worked through all field skill levels prior to joining
a multi-national service provider as a Sales Engineer.
Gary has since served extensively in quality, safety,
and division management positions.
His
experience greatly enhances Gary's ability to communicate
effectively with the diverse group of individuals he
instructs. His extensive experience also allows him to
bring a personal perspective to the courses he develops
and teaches. Courses range from New Hire training through
all successive field skill levels, Sales Orientation through
Industry Orientations for the Sales Professional, Management
Skills through Advanced Financial Analysis.
Gary has been a member of the WJTA since
1998.
